What is your greatest achievement at Bloodworks Northwest?
Becoming a Training Specialist.
What aspects of our role do you enjoy the most?
Knowing that everything we do is impactful in some way, from interacting with donors and sometimes making their day to collecting life saving blood products.
What do you enjoy most about the department you work in?
I really enjoy getting to work alongside my coworkers. They make even the toughest of days seem like a breeze.
If you could travel, where would you go?
Right now Madeira, Portugal is at the top of our wishlist.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
Playing the piano, traveling and going on walks/hikes.
Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula in Sunny Sequim.
